The food is always decent, I still think it's a bit over priced for what it is and the smaller sized portions. I feel like I could have spent the same for a steak dinner at a sit down restaurant(right at $70 for 2 people). The food has definitely been sitting stagnant under a heat lamp for a while, definitely not the freshest. The cheese bites and Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce were not hot at all, had no cheese pull and were even tough. I'll order again, maybe not through delivery, but in person to guarantee freshness. I also wish they had a marinara option for the cheese bites.

My cheddar Fried White Cheddar Bites were incredibly fresh i'm so we're my Fried Cheesecake Bites they never Give enough sauce even when I pay for extra though I'll probably continue ordering from here

The The Cobb Zalad® - Fried was fresh and tasty. With the addition of the Crinkle Fries - Regular, I've had a very nice meal after an exhausting day. Thank you, staff at Zaxby's!

Chicken fingers were tough and bread was old and no silverware to eat coleslaw that was dry. Very disappointed. Never again not worth 20 dollars

Wings was EXTREMELY HARD !! Fríes cold this was definitely not a 18.00 meal in my opinion the picture makes it look delicious but it definitely was not good !
