I love Zaxbys normally but I've never had a good quality meal from this specific location. Every time I order, they mess something up or miss an item. And the fries NEVER have evenly seasoned fries. I do love the chicken, but the tenders seem to get smaller every tme i order. I'd suggest ordering at the store rather than door dashing. That way you can check your order yourself.

Reduced portions of chicken in the House Zalad negatively affects the quality and desirability.
Not worth the high cost.

The food was delicious, however Zaxbys once again left my Extra Sauce out of the bag. I've notice they have started putting less Zax sauce on the sandwiches so I requested and paid for 2 extra and they left them out of the bag.

The chicken finger plate was very good except that the Texas toast was kind of soggy. My friend loved her chicken sandwich. I would definitely order from here again, except it's a bit too pricey. My chicken finger meal was almost $13.
