I enjoyed my Chai Tea Latte and Single Bagel with Shmear . I wish Einstein would put something on the lid opening of their drinks though. It'd help with any potential spillage or for safety reasons.

The avocado breakfast bagel was not what they advertise. It had no roasted tomatoes. Actually was raw tomatoes. Egg was super cold and avocado was not fresh at all. For 9 dollars bagel it is not worth it. The portion is very small.

The bagels were burnt. I paid extra for an asiago bagel and it was burnt. Very disappointing. Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich

2days in a row I ordered a dozen bagels for a work meeting - both times asked for them sliced (I don't have knives at work to slice thick bagels) and both days they came unsliced.
It's happened before as well
One day I feel like it's just an honest mistake. Second day I feel like they just don't care.
Sad because everybody at work loves their bagels, and I usually order multiple days a month, but I won't be ordering from them again
