• 10/12/24I would like to make it my go-to place for Greek food! The spanakopita dinner and the large Greek salad were perfect and the portions were ample. I had been a customer of another Greek eatery for years but their portion size became so miniscule for the price paid that I had to look elsewhere. I can't wait to order again from Takis, my new favourite Greek restaurant :)

• 2 days agoThis is why I hate AI pictures. The soup does not have the creaminess or thickness from the eggs as shown in the pic and based on what I've had at other greek restaurants.
Also, 1 pita bread for two containers of dip is insufficient. The listing should at least mention it is only with pita bread so the customer knows to order more if wanted.

• 10/09/24I wanted to like this place, but didn't meet my expectations. The Creme Caramel was nothing like the picture - it's all melted and did not look appetizing at all. The Caramaraki was all soggy and drenched in liquid in the container. The Prawns were not seasoned properly, I had to add salt to it to be able to taste it. The beef skewer was dry and not worth $11.95. Save your money - I won't be ordering from here.

• 07/08/26We usually go to Takis Taverna and it's always been good quality and service however when I ordered from them thru DoorDash, it was very bad quality. The rice was not fresh and some of the calamari was very dark outside and was raw inside. I ended up throwing the rice as you can tell it was not fresh and half of the calamari too.

• 11/04/24First time ordering here. Delivery was on time but food was not packaged properly. Calamari was soggy by the time it arrived as there was no ventilation holes in the packaging to manage with the moisture and pita bread was no longer warm. The dinner combo came with a small portion of rice ... not enough to eat with the meal. Food was served with more roasted carrots then the lemon potatoes. Chicken was delicious and moist - not dry like most places. Calamari despite being soggy was also quite food. Free soup was a nice addition but lacked flavour.
