I order the same meal 3x a week and normally it's good. not sure who the cook was tonight (8/22/26) but the wings burnt and dry no season on my fries. barely any sauce on the wings. cooked in old grease. you can taste it

Sooooo they are a hit or miss. I think I'm ordering too often. I get the same thing once a week. I asked for my chicken wet ..they are fried hard and dry. Chicken already small. I feel like I'm eating pork rinds. Smh

You can tell yall put seasoning on the burger AFTER it was cooked. I was literally crunching on seasonings. Which tells me that you use frozen patties. And the patty was overcooked
