• 07/10/26The Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger was literally not grilled-white potato bread. I chose well done and it was pink in the middle. 5 onion rings was the amount for a side. The French onion soup cheese was solid-soup was cold, no croutons nor spoon. Not at all worth the calories to consume these items. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

• 14/08/25Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich-be prepared to use a fork and knife! I couldn't fit the Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich in my mouth so I had to cut it into small bits. The chicken breast was deep-fried into oblivion. Not the greatest option on the menu. The Quesadilla Chicken Salad wasn't much better. The portions of chicken to salad were off, so I ended up with a lot of chicken at the end with nothing else. They also stacked my quesadilla on top of the lettuce so it was soggy. To top it off, I ordered a side of mild Wing Sauces and they gave me Thousand Island instead. Overall the food was very disappointing. Their French fries are still fantastic, though, hence the two stars! I won't order again.

• 18/11/25Ordered a full rack of ribs and they only sent about 3/4 of a rack at best. I even questioned them when I got it to make sure it was a full rack and they said yes. There was only 8 ribs though in the rack. Pretty frustrating for 30+ dollars. Asked them to make sure it was correct but didn't open it myself until we got home. Extremely disappointed and we live too far away to have fixed it.

• 02/08/26My steak was too tough to eat. I think you should marinate your steaks to avoid this.
The garlic mashed potatos were good and the broccoli🥦 and cheese was tender.
It arrived very quickly.
