At first we liked this place. But then they got our online order wrong a couple times and when you try to call to get it fixed, they don't answer the phone to customers.  Disappointing. 
  It shouldn't be that difficult to not put mayo on the bagel when it's clearly marked NO MAYO on the order, etc.

They should double the batch of Sesame bagels. They are always sold out of them. I love their bagels and sandwiches.
