The Rocky Road in both of the triple scooos was old. It was stringy. Normally it is very good.must have been the bottim if the barrel.

The double scoop of daiquiri ice and rocky road came as two double scoops of daiquiri ice. The ice cream is not the normal flavor. Tastes more like cotton candy.
The rocky road is very thick and taste old. Very disappointing

Horrible customer service. And an employee was smelling the milk jugs in front of customers to confirm the quality?? Just bad.

Did not get what I ordered, literally tasted like spoiled milk. No root beer in the float, the milkshake tasted sour. Would like a refund.
