• 31/10/24As per usual, Beans & Brews pulled through. My whipped cream on my coffee arrived in perfect condition, a feat only possible with real whipped cream, which they use. The canned stuff is too thin and deflates too easily. My only complaint is that I didn't get a straw, but I have some of my own at home, so I'm not really all that upset about it. The coffee itself was good too, still blended up and barely melted at all, something I have to think must be a result of how they make it at the store, as I had another order that was being picked up while they were preparing it, and it still held up very well. Overall, very good quality. They got my order exactly right, too, though, admittedly, I don't tend to ask for anything very complicated. 5/5

• 05/02/25beans were over roared, espresso was burned and the tea in the London fog was also burned. Normally they are great but today they were less than adequate.
