we generally don't have any issues, but we ordered 2 of the Pepperoni & Cheese Pretzel and both were RAW inside. We received a Door Dash credit for 1 of them, but mostly disappointed in not being able to eat them. I tried to call the store to just let them know, but after 50+ rings and no answer, I hung up.

Wow is all I can say honestly. Everything was delicious & well made. I was not expecting them to be quite as big as they were but that's just more for the money.

Italian Pretzel Sandwich was burnt on the bottom. I ordered mustard but didn't get it. Store contacted me to change drink because they were out of Diet pepsi and no other diet options were available.
