The balloonflew  out the window and he did not rectify the situation. I purchased a bundle and the balloon said Happy mother's day. That was terible. He should took a loss and went back and purchase another one. That order was $75

Bouquet looks great but it only has 12 roses! I didn't find out until days later because I ordered them for my gf while I've been out of town or I would've reported for a partial refund
