Appalling the manager currently working at this location allows food to go out to customers over cooked, stale, hard and inedible. Workers should be able to recognize their duties in their positions as well. Home fries completely dried out, over cooked and stale. ACTUALLY shriveled up!!! Looked, felt and tasted like they had been sitting out OVERNIGHT!!! Could not eat. Biscuits so stale and hard that when trying to break them apart they crumbled and flung everywhere into dust. Could not eat. Someone switched it up and left the bacon raw though. Had to cook the bacon just to be able to eat it. They switched the size of the gravy to where you don't have enough for even one biscuit or someone put it in the wrong container. A side of corn is bigger than the gravy amount given for 2 hard, dried out biscuits. The only thing able to be eaten from this entire order was the sausage, eggs and the bacon after I cooked it myself. Completely unacceptable in all aspects. Shame on whomever is in charge and whomever was working for this order. I feel bad for them that they believe it's ok to present anything in the condition it was for this order. I have never had any food be this bad. EVER! Such a waste of food and money!

Hash browns let a lot to be desired, literally three bites. The vegetables in the omelet were huge chunks that needed to be cut. Not what I am used to from Bob Evans.
Probably the worst meal that I've ever had from my favorite restaurant.

I love their Banana Nut Bread. My favorite Banana Nut Bread from anywhere. Always so flavorul, moist & fresh. Also the Big Griddle Stacker Platter is a very good deal & vey filling. Bob Evans never disappoints. TY.

My Macaroni & Cheese was dry and had almost no cheese sauce and the portion size was 2 bites. My Mashed Potatoes & Gravy were hard and seemed undercooked. My Dinner Rolls were stale and so incredibly dry. The French Fries came with only a small amount which is different than what I previously have received. The only thing right was the drinks. I typically receive amazing service but this is just outrageous.

I have ordered from Bob Evens several times. I've ordered the chicken fried steak 3 times. it's always good but I always order loaded mashed potatoes. the first time they were good they had sour cream and cheese. the next time they were great they had sour cream cheese bacon and chives...this time it was sour cream and cheese. I also for the first time ordered the chopped steak with mushrooms and onions. very disappointed. it was a hamburger patty with a couple teaspoons of gravy...2 mushrooms and no onions. I don't think I will order from Bob Evens again.
