Thank you body by Thomas! We loved it the Breakfast Bowl was delicious very fresh ingredients enriching the flavors every bite. It is hard not to describe everything as fresh and delicious because it was all freshly made and made to perfection. Overnight Oats were amazing , Yogurt Parfait absolutely well done, All-In fruit cup with honey spectacular. So much thought and attention in the Shrimp Dip and Shrimp & Okra Gumbo, everything was homemade not pre prep or packaged it was all amazing , I would def order any entre again and recommend to anyone. Love that health is a priority along with flavor in every meal!;) tysm

Every day this dude does a another special for lunch and it is both healthy and delicious. Give him a try, especially when you're trying to stick to eating well without feeling like you're eating cardboard. Body by Thomas is the goat.
