Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This store regularly gets orders wrong. Mostly it's putting cheese on Egg & Cheese biscuits when requested NOT to, and putting ice in drinks requested not too. Also not filling up drinks to the top. If you order Bo Size no ice, but they include ice and don't fill it up all the way, you're getting the same amount of drink that's in a regular size. Some managers have an attitude when you call to complain, even if you're respectful. Others offer free parts of meal as compensation but typically prefer you have a vehicle to retrieve it. This location is understaffed, underpaid, and overworked.

Cajun Filet Biscuit was raw in the middle, Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit was cold as if it was taken out of a refrigerator or freezer, they forgot the Creamy Buffalo sauce that i paid for and the seasoned fries were not seasoned. Absolutely horrible

You may want to mention items like 3pc Leg & 2 Thighs and Cajun Filet Biscuit® . These were not included in my order, which totaled $30 and some change. The Bo-Berry Biscuit® had no icing, and it was at this point I'm thinking, who did I upset?? The Bo Bites™ A La Carte were a sad excuse for a piece of chicken. I was so hungry at the end of a long day, hubby never wants anything, and says it's B grade chicken. I was so looking forward to my Cajun Filet Biscuit® the next day with some cheese... damn. If I ever want one, I'll have to pick up myself just to check the bag. It's not the Doordasher's fault, they sealed the bag and included the entire receipt as if it was all included. The pictures are what was included, minus a sad piece of chicken.. a wing? It was also supposed to include two orders (sides) of Cajun fries. There was one package, and no seasoning. I couldn't make this up if I tried, and I'm serious ya'll. Bojangles was beyond disappointing, ya'll please get it together.

Ordered (2) 4 piece supremes. Both boxes only had 2 supremes as opposed to the 4 per box that I paid for.

The Bo-Berry Biscuit® is not same anymore. Dry, bland,barely any icing. just like McDs biscuits are dry, putting a thin layer of gravy and you need to pay extra for the same amount we always got. I hate fast food now, they have ruined so many childhoods. and why is a ham and egg $6!!!?
