Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Didn't have half of my items, was missing my fries, didn't get my gravy for my mashed potatoes and gravy, didn't get my half gallon of tea. Chicken was dry. My mashed potatoes container wasn't full. Such a waste of $65

The 8 pc. fried chicken was not fresh, it old and stale.
Good Cole slaw and Mac & cheese.
Biscuits were old and cold.
I am only 3 to 4 minutes from this Bojangles and the food is usually really nice and fresh.
Delivery person was great. Store was out of mashed potato's and the dasher called me for a replacement

Literally never in the history of being open have they gotten an order correct it's actually ridiculous, it's always slow because everybody knows they have horrible food/service so idk why it's so difficult for them to do their very simple jobs!!! the fries always taste like they've been microwaved after sitting there for a week, same with the bo rounds which i don't understand because u have to wait 10 mins for them every time, would not get again!

hows the 7$ bo rounds show a fullBo-Tato Rounds® box... I got a half. literally 3 more than the tiny one that comes with the smallest cheapest combo...

Took Bojangles 45 minutes to get order ready, both biscuits were hard and taters were very greasy. Complete meal was gross and a waste of my money. Kudos to the door dasher for waiting so long! But I will never order at Bojangles again
