bacon was a bunch of crumbs wrapped into a ball with a piece of paper, order didn't come with the drink, didn't provide the requested condiments and order was wrong size. get that feeling like they're telling me i should have ordered somewhere else

Food was good as always but the dasher literally waited at the store for 45 minutes waiting on the order. The stores service is awful and their communication is even worse. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I'm sick with Covid and Bronchitis and their breakfast brought me back to life. I literally cried because it tasted so good and now that I'm full I'm gonna nap. Getting again for dinner because this is all I want to eat right now / can stomach and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was so fresh and delicious. Thank you Bojangles for healing my soul and being the first meal I could eat in 4 days.

I was disappointed with my order today. I ordered a bacon biscuit with no cheese and no egg, but instead received a chicken biscuit with a few old, crumbled pieces of bacon on it. I also ordered a Bo-Berry Biscuit with icing, but it arrived without any icing. Additionally, the bag was not sealed. The only positive was that the Bo-Tato Rounds were fresh, hot, and crispy.

The cobbler was only a biscuit with jelly on it. The famous blueberry Bo-Berry Biscuit® was hard as a rock!!!
