food was not fresh; biscuits tasted like rewarmed...and wwre spongy. Tea was pure sugar. I got Bo 2-3 c per week...from Jake Alexander and Innes St. The Innes Street location food seems to always be fresh and tasty.

Worst food ever from Bojangles! Sandwich was dry, hardly any tartar sauce; dirty rice had WAY too much sage, yuck; and the pintos would've been good if I had more than 20-25 beans in all that soup! 😡😡🤬

Food was good, but I didn't get what I ordered/paid for. Ordered 2 (9 piece = 18 Bo Bites) Bo Bites™ A La Carte, but received one box with only 6 and the other with 7 Bo Bites. So they shorted me 5 Bo Bites. Also although the Peach Cobbler tasted good, the portion was ridiculously small & not worth the $.

No biscuits were included in the order which was supposed to contain 4 biscuits! The dirty rice container (nearly $4.00 extra) was miniature! A few pieces of chicken and tiny container of dirty rice.for a total of $50.00... unacceptable.

I have to say... this location has stepped up its game. Ordered Bo-Berry Biscuit® and they were fresh and warm. The Steak Biscuit Combo was very tasty especially with added cheese. The Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit was also fresh and tasty!
