Ordered a regular cup with three toppings but received a Small with all three toppings cramed in a tiny cup. Everything was running out of the cup!

They've should be a selection that I do not want whipped cream To much nuts in the butter, pecan way too many nuts and if you want a banana split, you can't hit strawberry as a topping the It has no strawberry as your third flavor. It has chocolate vanilla, and all the rest of the flavors but there's no strawberry don't make sense

Ive ordered a medium cup of birthday cake ice cream with Oreo and cookie dough as toppings 3 times in the past month or two. The first time it was exactly how it was supposed to be but the last two times they have sent one scoop of birthday cake and one scoop of cookie dough ice cream with Oreos as toppings. I specifically put cookie dough as a topping, not an ice cream selection. So I don't know why this keeps happening.
