The Royal crispy chicken wasn't the least bit crispy. The hamburger patties on the double whopper seemed like they were steamed instead of grilled. No grill flavor, grainy texture, and softer than usual. No better than a microwave burger from a gas station. Not very appetizing at all. Basically the meats seem undercooked, and the quality sucks for the price.

the burger is flavorless, the fries suck, and the pie was way too small to be worth almost 4 dollars. on top of that everything was cold

one of the burgers had too much condiments and the fries were way too salty and some not cooked fully. I also ordered a shake and then wasn't told I couldn't get one

1 jalapeño and 1 onion on my sandwich for 2 extra dollars is crazy. Definitely need to figure something out.

I recently ordered Burger King through DoorDash and was generally satisfied with the delivery process, but I was disappointed with the French fries. Unfortunately, they were extremely salty—so much so that it overpowered the flavor and made them difficult to enjoy.
I understand that seasoning can vary from order to order, and I appreciate the effort that goes into preparing food during busy times. However, a lighter hand with the salt would have greatly improved the quality of this meal.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I usually enjoy Burger King’s fries and would like to continue ordering in the future.
