Two things. One, I couldn't give a simple instruction like no ice in the drink. I get not wanting people to make ridiculous requests, or saying stupid stuff in the notes, but there should be a way to request that. Second, the lettuce on the chicken sandwich was not good. Dark, mushy spots.

Ordering online at night comes with the expectation of receiving the same level of quality and freshness. Unfortunately, my experience with Burger King at 10:50 pm was subpar. The burger arrived cold, and the cheese was far from melted also veggie patty was burnt, indicating possible issues with preparation or delivery timing. This nighttime experience fell short of the standards I would anticipate, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the late-night service.

worst bk ever. always manages to get the orders wrong. sent us 1 burger and 1 poutine and 1 coke for an order of $60+
