We ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fry and got an 8 piece instead. Unfortunately that means we were charged for something we didn't get. Also our mozzarella Mozzarella Fries were burnt and tasted bad. We keep getting bad service from Burger every time we order through Doordash. If you go to the store it self you get good service

Usually it's not that bad at this burgerking the fries were good but I ordered mozzarella fries and like 4 out of the 8 when I bit into them had zero cheese just shell now idk how that even happened but that's ridiculous

Missing item, incorrect on one of the items as well, food was cold as if it'd been sitting on the counter for an hour and also extremely salty to the point it gave my wife heartburn, portion was not bad but pretty disappointed, would not order again
