The added bbq sauce was drippy and just right. Custom order was great and tea was just right. Not too sweet not too water

I'm 63 & worked in high school @ Biltmore, NC Burger King when chicken sandwich was born. Pulled chicken was thick and natural tasting, breading was light, and cooking oil was light. It tasted nutritious & delicious and was my go-sandwich!!!
Today, I did not taste a chicken sandwich. My sandwich was an under-quantity of over-processed meat with poor flavor liquid inside, and bread crumb covering was heavy and hard and soaked in poor tasting oil.
Mozzarella sticks tasted like hard bread crumb sticks soaked in the same poor tasting oil as my sandwich. I couldn't taste the mozzarella because the sticks were not filled completely with cheese, but rather a sliver of cheese. This is a poor quality and poorly nutritious product, and way overpriced, as was my sandwich. Katherine S Blackburn, MD

Fries were hard and cold as well onion rings . The chicken sandwich was hard . The meat seemed old as well as the bacon . Really wasted my money . It overall the drink was good and the whopper and burger were fine

at first look you would think the double sausage egg and cheese croissant was a single because it was so squished and smashed and cheese bacon sausage egg and cheese was smashed the drinks were good the ham and cheese croissant was fine the burrito was fine even though it looked like a flat burrito I thought I had ordered Subway until I looked at the bag again cuz I thought it was a flatbread sub but going to be home it was my burrito well at least I got my drinks this time

The Coke was more syrup than fizz but the Croissanwiches were hot and delicious.
