Food from this place always arrives fast and piping hot, the fries were limp from being in the steamy bag, but dang those burgers and chicken tenders are SO GOOD!!

Burger Fi doesn’t seem to understand that the kids’ meals are for children. They’re giving burned fries, which is really nonsense. They claim to have “NO NONSENSE,” but these fries are the epitome of nonsense. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it. Next time, McDonald’s will do a better job.

I see why the PRIME RIB BURGER is bogo. My husband said it looked great but the white horseradish sauce was horrible. ONION RINGS (REGULAR) must pay extra for flavor cause it was flavorless and the YES, CHEF BURGER is dry I put mayonnaise and it made it a whole lot better. This is our first time trying BurgerFi and we're honestly disappointed.

Dumped cajun seasoning on and INSIDE the onion rings to the point they were inedible. Absolutely foul.

I ordered a "Green Style" burger, and they only put a single piece of lettuce on both sides. How am I supposed to eat the burger? I understand what mean green style but just 2 lettuce leaf.. comon
