This was my first time trying café zupas and I was really looking forward to it. One thing that took away from the experience was that I had requested to substitute butter lettuce instead of mixed greens and even though the label says it's butter lettuce it's definitely not. It's mixed greens.
Overall, it was still really good.I just wish that the workers putting orders together would pay attention to the details. We spend a lot for delivery and are happy to do so, but it can be disappointing at times like this. No fault of the driver. This is truly a store issue.

The soup I received was extremely watery and was basically just broth. I ordered a hearty soup that was supposed to have potatoes and other ingredients in it, but there were barely any ingredients at all literally onion only. It had almost no flavor and was not what I ordered or what was advertised. I was unable to eat it because of the poor watery quality.

The price of the brownie for the size is absolutely ridiculous! The salad is 1/3 of what it used to be. I will no longer give Cafe Zupas my business.

Thanks for the free strawberry. $3 for extra chicken that comes in a cup the same size as the salad dressing.

Fudge Fix Brownie was so small for the price!! Salad was smaller than previous size. Cafe Zupas lost my business moving forward.
