The fried rice had a great taste, I was not expecting it to be good but plenty of meats included plus it was hot and fresh! The side Nola sauces are good but the amount was so small it's not worth paying 1.50each. The peeled boiled shrimp and potatoe was hot and tasty a little on the oiley side and they gave me the wrong flavor but was still pretty good.

Was very tastey - portions were kinda small. Was fresh. Would order Small Chicken Sausage Gumbo again, Boudin Balls (2)were cooked well. The $10 Kid Catfish Nuggets were small. Pork Egg Roll (2) were decent.

The Catfish and shrimp plate with crawfish fried rice was absolutely phenomenal and absolutely hit the spot! The boudain balls were good. And the mixed gumbo was a little too salty but overall the food is absolutely delicious!

Sometimes I just crave Calliope's! Their food is so fresh, flavorful and consistently delicious. I highly recommend the Po' Boys (my favorite is the catfish and shrimp), the mixed gumbo, and Half lb Boiled Shrimp (with Shell). Yum!
