• 25/08/25I have been eating Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® for over 20 years now as my go to road trip food and this one did not disappoint. Perfect Burger and the extra BBQ? Epic. Super fresh and I will be ordering here again soon.

• 18/07/25We ordered two burgers, they were both overcooked and black around the edges. We also ordered two fries well done, and those arrived undercooked. Thankfully, I was able to salvage the fries by finishing them in our air fryer.

• 20/03/26Checked extra crispy Hash browns so I think they sent the least crisp ones they could find. Used to love their breakfasts but not impressed by what we got today

• 03/07/22Tenders were so overcooked that I couldn't even bite into them. Half of my fries were soggy and half were hard. Disappointed.
