Carmelo's never disappoints. Always fresh, gives me the flavor I miss from restaurants like theirs back home in California. I love the mix of cactus and potatoes with beans and onion. Chips are always fresh and the guacamole 😋. If you are wanting authentic food order from Carmelo's.

The quesadilla portion did not look like that of the picture as you could see there was two tiny thin slices, instead of them four somewhat even slices. The chips were extremely stale as if they've been sitting out the whole day. The guacamole was very good, but I don't think I would order this again. But I would definitely try something else on the menu.

Best Quesabirria (Crispy) I've ever had! Would 10000% order again when we're in town! Super fresh, great portions, absolutely delicious!

the Chips & Queso Dip were amazing, especially with the red salsa they give you on the side!
the Burrito Pollo always hits too. I don't like avocado myself, but it's just as delicious without.

Quesabirria (Crispy) was excellent. And so was the Taco Asada even though I didn't take a pic. Tasted very authentic and at a good price!
