• 13/02/25Cassidy's is always great, best bagels in town! They went above and beyond and included a surprise of a free bagel for nothing other than pleasing their customer, which was very much appreciated.

• 22/05/24Usually I really love their Breakfast Bagel Sandwich Egg but today I recieved it with barely anything in it. The bagel flavor is good but lacking ingredients inside the sandwich. In addition to that my coffee looks very chunky and undrinkable.

• 17/06/26I normally get great bagels from here, but today I was extremely disappointed. Both my Joe's special and Desi were overcooked, and rock hard! I spent $33.65 for crappy bagels I almost broke my jaw on and had to throw away!

• 29/06/25I order Cassidy's pretty often on DoorDash but this was by far the worst order I've gotten. My avocado in my bagel was really old and I barely had any bacon. Disappointed.
