Lot of tasty options to customize the flavor and texture profiles of the bowls. Great variety. The complimentary piece of bread was dry and hard which worked as a nice shovel since no utensils were provided. Good plant based food though, and reasonably priced.

The chips were well seasoned, spicy, and flavorful, brownie was tasty and had the texture of fudge, but was VERY thin and tiny (1.25 oz, see picture), wrap was very flavorful and good portion size -- had the size and weight of a burrito from Chipotle. Make sure you drink something with it to help wash it down, as the one I bought was very dense and filling.

The vegetables were mushy and there was barely 2 pieces of chicken in the bowel. Too expensive for that.

I love CAVA, eat here all the time, and never have a complaint. The ONE thing I gotta warn you about is the Chocolate Chip Blondie . I paid $3.08 for a blondie the size of a single ravioli. In case you're not aware- it's tiny. Itty bitty. Absolutely miniscule. It was definitely tasty, but $3.08 for a bite and a half? Not THAT tasty. Anyway, the Greens + Grains Bowl was amazing, and the Kid's Mini Pita was a hit as well.
