CAVA never misses! Even when it's cold it's good (and love my food smoking HOT). It's full of flavor and can fill me up for both lunch & din din!

I’ve been a CAVA fan for a while, but lately the portions have been getting progressively… more petite. I’m perfectly willing to pay $18 for a bowl because I genuinely love the food, but paying an additional $3 for four tiny cubes of avocado feels a little like a financial prank.
The downtown Tampa location could definitely use a portion-size reality check. I’m not asking for a mountain of food, but I would love for my bowl to look like I paid $18 for it rather than like I’m participating in a very expensive scavenger hunt for the ingredients.

I love this place. I wouldn't say it's super traditional, for example the falafel is a little bizarre but for a kind of American take on Mediterranean food it's always consistent, fresh, healthy and delicious. Pretty big portions as well.

I asked for chicken as the main meat for the bowl and salmon on side. There was literally 4 pieces of chicken in this bowl. It's like the salmon was the main protein when it was supposed to be on the side
