• 04/03/26It's a great fast food burger. Fresh ingredients and solid value. Anyone saying otherwise is absolutely fishing for a refund or some other nonsense, lol. It's so sad to see! This crew is hard working. Will be ordering more.

• 22/12/24Brisket BOSSWICH® Combo wasn't as good as I would hope. it was flat, had barely any brisket, was soaked in BBQ sauce, and had a slightly weird taste. Everything else was fine, albeit slightly cold and soggy

• 09/03/26The packaging is HORRID! It's annoying that the loaded fries offer the option for extra cheese sauce, excluding the Cheese Chili Cheese Fries, since they are beyond greedy with the cheese sauce. Anyhow, I just ordered for delivery. My chili cheese fries looked like they just survived a tornado, which made the very limited cheese sauce given, completely disappear. Otherwise, I still order because they are always on que with their burgers being fresh & warm (even with delivery), and I've never had issue with missing items.

• 26/03/23Food was abs not what the pictures looked like at all! Double fish was tiny, burnt and just gross! The french fry flavored chicken strips were so hard and dry it couldn't be eaten. They looked absolutely nothing like the pictures of food that was online. A complete waste of money!
