I'm disappointed that the Chicken Tortilla Soup and Chicken Noodle Soup had one piece of chicken in each soup. I love Chick-fil-A and never had this problem

I must be spoiled because I can not stand the Chick-fil-A on Hillsborough Rd. I normally go to the one on Roxboro Rd and the food is always hot and fresh. This time I ordered on the app and bc of my location I got my order from Hillsborough Rd. Very disappointed. Fries were old and everything was cold. They need to get it together.

Food is always consistent and affordable. I only wish the app would let you add additional sauces instead of only dressings to the Cobb Salad.

Chicken wasnt fresh at all it was burnt but had no choice but to eat it. I couldnt leave to get food. Mac and cheese wasnt fresh you can tell it just wasnt like it normally be when I come and order it.
