ordered 30 piece grilled nuggets and most of these are tiny pieces, and not very much it looks like they just cut up 2 chicken breast in tiny pieces the fries are extremely soggy and cold. asked for no ice in my Dr pepper and I got ice and a coke not Dr pepper. we love this location but this order was very disappointing this time.

My fries were dark brown and green like the grease was old, my chicken sandwich's were both cold and I paid for bacon on my deluxe sandwich and there was none. My sprite was carbonated water. Worst experience ever at a chicfila

What can cfa do wrong.. good food! Though they ran out of nuggets one time.? Not sure how that happened but the food of equal value (and taste) in return! Well handled and delicious.

The sandwich was spicy, I didn’t order spicy. I requested and paid for bacon, none was included, I specifically requested to take out pickles cause I’m allergic to it, it was still included in the sandwich. I don’t know if I got the wrong order or nobody cared enough to pay attention to details, but I am not pleased with this order at all.
