• 21/05/25I'm sorry my pictures of my plates were partially eaten Lol! Couldn't resist.
But this was some of the best Chinese food I've ever had in my life! I am usually so picky but everything was so flavorful and spot on with how traditional American Chinese Restaurants' food should taste.
The 1131. Pork Dumplings (8) were great and flavorful and thick and juicy. The Combo Chicken with Broccoli was so flavorful. Just enough protein to balance out the broccoli and lomein in the dish. The egg Pork Egg Roll and 1011. Vegetable Egg Roll were on the money. You should see my other reviews where I'm usually dragging locations Lol. But this was good. And they threw in an extra two egg rolls for free :)
Made this picky eater and her family happy!
My new favorite Chinese restaurant. Can't wait to order again.

• 26/03/26Egg rolls are crispy, just the way I like it.
Only Chinese restaurant Where I could add a request. Asked for extra hot sauce and mustard. Said I'd pay for them. They sent more than enough and didn't charge. One restaurant wanted to charge $1.50 per packet. This is my new go to Chinese restaurant. And did I mention THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS.

• 6 days agoThis was my first time ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash, and I have to say I was very impressed. The fried rice was delicious, and the boneless pork spare ribs had a sweet sauce that was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The dumplings were excellent, and the dipping sauce tasted great.
The only minor issue I had was that the egg rolls were a little greasy, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't take away from the overall meal.
Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good Chinese food. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

• 06/05/26China star is always chef's kiss! I ordered my regular Combo Chicken with Broccoli and Pork Egg Roll. I guess, because it was lunch time, it was super duper fresh and I lovedddd it. It was so flavorful and yummy. I wouldn't particularly call China Star consistent, but if you order during their busy times, or lunch hours, it's likely your food will be made to order and ridiculously yummy!!
Love love love china star!! Perfect portion sizes -- it took me two days to eat my combo and the egg Pork Egg Roll is so yummy when fresh!!
Also the combo comes with an egg roll bc I def got two.
