The guacamole was old and brown and I paid for extra Barbacoa and there was barely any in the bowl and it seemed old.

Quesadilla was over cooked, chips weren't even that crispy. And I ordered extra steak on one of my Burrito Bowls and I got less steak than the other, which had a normal amount. Don't pay extra fo extra I guess.

The build your own chipotle is easy and quick, but every time I have ordered it, the quantity of food is different. Sometimes the items are filled to the brim and fresh and sometimes it's like the bottom of the barrel and very little. This time, there was very little of all the food and dips etc. and an excess of the free vinaigrette (which the amount of dressing was appreciated).

Tacos were soggy and bland. Chicken had more cartilage than meat. This chipotle is always inconsistent.

The quality of the food was great I wish you wouldn't cut down on your quantity of salsa, chicken and beans for the extras. I think we should get what we pay for. Seems like it of giving us less and charging us more but it sure was delicious.
