Ordered a bowl and they gave me very little of each ingredient. Food was good but the portion was embarrassing for the price

I love this place and I've never had a bad encounter with the staff. They work really hard! This place gets packed thank you for your hard work if you ever read this!!
They packed my bowl with everything I checked. Delish

I was not too thrilled with my order. They gave me a ton of cheese but barely any chicken (the pieces were super tiny, possibly the bottom of the barrel) and forgot my sour cream. The order did arrive quickly though.

Small amount of chips that looked and tasted like they were the broken and overdone bits from the bottom of the bag

The rice is completely undercooked and hard, tastes like rocks. I also ordered two salads and there wasn't any lettuce in either of them.
