• 31/08/26I was honestly pretty disappointed with my order. The rice was very hard and tasted stale, and I barely received any chicken, it genuinely felt like there were only a couple of pieces in the entire bowl. I also ordered sour cream, but there was none included. Instead, the bowl had way more lettuce than I wanted, which made the portions feel even more unbalanced. I usually expect better quality and consistency from Chipotle, especially for the price. Please do better with the portions, freshness, and making sure customers actually receive what they ordered.

• 13/04/26Large chips were 1/3 or less of the bag filled, and also same size as the bag of chips for the small chips and guacamole, which was also 1/3 of a bag filled. Did not receive chips for the queso and chips smaller size I ordered either. Very disappointing. Chips are not that expensive, and the amount you sent for 1 large and two smaller sides of dips is pathetic.

• 15/03/22Food was good. Portions in both items were noticeably small while paying for a double portions of meat.

• 24/10/22I ordered this very expensive bowl with literally only 3 ingredients and the left off the guacamole.
So disappointed.
