Not how it used to be --- needs more quantity of selected sauce (salsas, sour cream, etc.) Where's the kick and flavor I had grown to love?
More chicken is needed --- especially when extra chicken is already $4. I get that times are tough but just raise the price to $5 or $6 so you can stuff my burrito full how it should be.

My office placed a massive group order here after our catering cancelled on us, and it was ready quickly and correctly. Staff was super kind and professional, and even went over the order with me to ensure everything was included. I will be using this location from now on.

the chicken was burnt and there wasn't much of the corn salsa. the overall temperature wasn't very hot either

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, and corn salsa. This is my usual order and it's always good. This time, not so much. The food was cold and the rice and pinto beans had zero flavor - no salt, no seasoning, nothing. Then the steak was tough and grislily. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage after a couple bites.

I said no beans and double steak! it DID have beans, a LITTLE bit of steak, but mostly it was a damn rice burrito. Now, Burrito in all fairness, they usually do a pretty fair job with this order, but whoever made it this time needs to be fired!
