• 20/08/23We ordered a Large Chips & Large Guacamole — the handful of chips we received were stale, and the small thing of guac was browning and old. The Burrito Bowl with sofritas was overly salty and inedible. Overall extremely disappointing.

• 25/09/25Birkdale is The Worst Chipotle EVER.
Takes an hour to get it to my driver for under cooked, crunchy rice, undercooked black beans and only 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The guac and cheese are fine. The salsa ? Wouldn't know because they forgot to add it.
Ordered 3 times over 3 months.
No more chances...

• 26/03/26Quesadilla was dry, flaking, and did not have a lot of meat. I paid $6 for queso (not a side) and got a tiny sala cup that was only half full. Very disappointing

• 22/09/25Burrito bowl portion and freshness was great; carne asada is back and is flavorful and tender. The chips that came with the free chips and queso were very stale. I understand why they were free.

• 25/08/25I ordered 2 Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The chips were not as crispy as before.... (tasted a little old) and the large order... for what it costs was more like a small side order.
