This Chipotle location consistently fails to follow instructions. They added beans to a “no bean” Burrito Bowl, sliced raw green peppers and onions, and called them fajitas. Another order was a Burrito, which was the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen—no exaggeration, it was smaller than half the size of a typical Chipotle burrito. The rice was cooked well this time, thankfully, usually crunchy. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Online menu through door dash says quesadilla comes with 3 sides (sour cream, quac and picante). We didn't receive any sides at all. I also ordered chips and queso for over $5 and received 10 chips and a tiny cup of queso. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend!

The lettuce had a horrible taste and smell. The chips had no salt to them. The portion was fine. So gross. I would order from a different Chipotle in the future.

This is what their steak bowls with extra steak looks like. Kind of sad how they short customers on their food. Notice the lack of lettuce as well as every other ingredient in this order. Bowl isn't even half full. Also did not include my utensils

I usually order from the Chipotle on Roosevelt, and in comparison, this bowl y'all made me sucked. Something def went wrong when they prepared the ingredients today because the chicken tasted like straight up rock salt and the corn and rice like window cleaner. Idk when y'all make your chips, but I think I got an old bag, very stale. Don't even get me started on the proportions. We all know Chipotle has been stingy when making bowls for the past couple years, but omg, getting a bowl on Doordash, I feel like I was just robbed. I was given maybe 5 cubes of chicken and like a smear of sour cream. I knew something was off when I picked up the bowl and it was so light. Next time I'm in Oakbrook I'm gonna head over to this chipotle and I'll make intense and uncomfortable eye contact while they scoop my food so they can't scam me even again.
