The portion was too small, and the chips were not fully cooked. The Costco chips are better than these chips in this location. I complained about the portion, and the staff claimed this is the correct portion. We have been in many locations; this is the least portion we have gotten.

Ordered delivery today instead of going in person due to meetings. My bowl was only half filled, all items were not included and the meat was dried out. Definitely feel like you do NOT receive the same quality or value with delivery. Such a disappointment.

My burrito was BASICALLY ALL RICE 😭 I don't know why they would do this but it was basically a tortilla packed with rice, and it had some bits of chicken and beans in the last couple bites. A horrendous way to spend my money. An abysmal burrito experience. And my guacamole was only half full.

The chips were very stale. I basically just paid $10 for Guac but didn't get to enjoy it.
There was barely any rice. Portion was low.
Food was fresh and tasty.
I'm giving a 4 star because I know this place can do better.

Very little meat in my burrito bowl and what I did get was with a huge chunk of fat. Got my salsa's incorrect. Chips were a bit stale and for some reason the guacamole was overly salty. And yes I tried it without the chips. Definitely not the best or even top 10 chipotle orders I've had. And I eat chipotle quite a bit.
