When food is ordered to go through pick-up or delivery. Portions tend to ALWAYS be smaller after this happening a second time. Paying $9 extra for double meat, I expect double meat not whatever this is.

I understand the upcharge on items. It does not make it right. Especially when receiving below average quality in the order. The burrito bowl had about 8 small bite sized pieces of the steak. They already up charge for the steak on the bowl. The chips were very stale, could not be eaten. There was a side missing on one of the meals. Very discouraging.

The Burrito Bowl the was poorly portioned, was given what felt like a sprinkle of everything I ordered. And for $35 I should be getting a full Burrito Bowl. The Burrito Bowl and Sides Of Honey Chipotle chicken were not fresh either.

White rice was not well cooked. It was still hard and almost raw. Also, the meat and toppings seems to be getting less and less every time we order yet the prices seems to have gone up. I mean, they can raise the price but then why give less for the same exact orders?

my Burrito Bowl was basically just rice this was my first time getting the honey chicken and in the Burrito Bowl there was literally 6 pices of chicken i asked for sour cream there was so sour cream and the pico de guyo and lettuce were flowing out of the Burrito Bowl i expect better considering i love chiptole and always order from there but this time it wasnt good my dasher was definitely one of the best he was super nice
