Salad was good, but the vinaigrette is never sent with the salad- I usually go in and order for this reason. The portion of my salad was good thought- the burrito bowl is lacking-- they also used to put a decent amount of cheese, but this store has been pinching on this- again, another reason why I normally go in.

The bowl was DRY! There was barely any cheese. I could count the cheese shreds. There was barely any sour cream or lettuce. There was barely any rice. The bowl was put together carelessly and was disgusting.

Chipotle is so great, everything is so good.. this particular time they were missing 2 parts of kids meal. Also ordered a 10 dollar Burrito with only chicken for my particularly picky eater, was thinking maybe they'd give me 10 dollars worth of chicken but it was super tiny, more of a taco. I understand that it's our fault we didn't want any other ingredients but...

The 6 pieces of dice steak was very small and chewy. Will not order again. My order total up to $30. The worst burrito I ever had in life and I am 64 years old

The absolute worst service ever. I ordered the same exact thing and the burrito bowl with extra meat. They sent a veggie bowl with nothing but lettuce. This mess cost me $48 and they refused to give me a refund. I will never order from here ever again. Look at the image. $48 for this mess.
