Cilantro was brown and soggy in bowl, only tomatoes in the pico de gallo, and only a couple of pieces of chicken was in the bowl. It was definitely a terrible bowl and I would never order from here again. Better to go in person so you can see what they are doing!

barley put any rice into the bowl, very little portions and they charge 10 dollars for it. i didn't even get a full scoop of rice it was literally a spoon full. this restaurant just gets worst and worst.

I gave them another chance because I love chipotle (typically) but this location continues to disappoint. My burrito has a cumulative 3 pieces of steak. I ordered half steak and half carne asada and there is no carne asada. The rice is swimming in sour cream. Inedible. 1 star.

Usually this place is very good. All it took was one bad order to question whether I should order from here again? I've never had an issue with previous orders from here...Until today. Ordered a double wrapped Burrito with steak! Upon unwrapping the foil, the burrito was poorly wrapped and coming apart without even taking a bite. Ok no biggie. So I took a few bites and I found myself chewing on rice, lettuce, and beans; which I didn't ask for. Ok so where's the steak? There were only a few pieces of steak at the very bottom. When I say few I mean 3-5 pieces of steak. It's safe to say that I had a steak-less burrito with a ton of rice and lettuce with a side of Chips & Guacamole for dinner. Very disappointing. Like I said, I've ordered from here many times without a complaint. But all it took was this one time to mess that all up.

The food was very messy and barely a true serving size. I normally go to the Teterboro restaurant but because I live closer to the Wayne location DoorDash defaults there. Such a huge disappointment. I purchased for a few people and each person was disgusted. Now I understand why my daughter prefers Bubbakoos over Chipotle .
