Burrito Bowl was skimped to the max there was so much lettuce and rice but you couldn't even call it a handful of chicken and maybe 5 pieces of steak definitely not worth what I paid they only thing they did right was the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco

I have given chance after chance since this location reopened. Every time I order I think it's going to be right. But it is absolute garbage. Tonight I got a Quesadilla it had 6 pieces of chicken in total the Burrito Bowl had chicken with extra chicken but my mother found 9 pieces. The rice was not cooked and she thought her tooth broke at one point. This is an absolute disgrace.

I’m very disappointed with this Chipotle order through DoorDash. The salad bowl was shockingly small—definitely not worth the price. I also ordered guacamole, which I paid extra for, but it wasn’t included. To make things worse, the kids’ quesadilla had spicy chicken on it. Who puts spicy chicken on a meal meant for kids?! And the queso? It tasted just like the queso from Walmart in a glass jar—totally off the mark.
Overall, the portions were too small, the quality was mediocre at best, and the experience just didn’t live up to expectations. Definitely not worth the cost.

This was supposed to be a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, lettuce, verde salsa, cheese and sour cream. The restaurant thought they were funny and made a cheese and sour cream burrito. This is wild to be paying $12 for a burrito and the staff plays games like this.

The Burrito Bowl and Burrito had no toppings on them, not even the ones we paid extra for. Both only had rice, beans, and chicken on them. We had several toppings me paid extra for and didn't receive any of them. Very disappointed.
