The bowl was great. But the chips especially from this store is always stale I don't understand. Everything else is good but then chips are always stale. Please fix that other than the chips the food was great.

The steak bowl had very little meat. The carnitas bowl had rice that was hard.

They gave me the wrong meat which ruined my
Bowl but they did include sauces which was really
Good. But the meat ruined my bowl had to take the meat out. Other than that it was packed nice, with fresh chips

The Burrito Bowl was very light for it to be $20+. The proportions was not right even when I paid for extra chicken.

One of the burrito bowls had been cross contaminated woth dairy. Neither cheese or sour cream had been requested but obviously there was sloppy tool handling so dairy ended up in one of the burrito bowls.
