• 10/05/25This was our first time using doordash and will most likely be our last. No fault of Doordash, but of a restaurant being greedy. We ordered 4 burritos and every one of them ended up being about the size of a Taco Bell burrito (sorry Taco Bell!). There was no option to say you wanted extra toppings and the store turned off the ability to add special instructions, but we were hoping that if they didn't let you request extra, they would at least give you what you would normally get. Never had I had Chipotle where the dominant taste was the wrap, but when the burrito is not that full, the wrap has to go around more. For one of the burritos, we only asked for 2 toppings, steak and cheese, so it was expected to not be big. However, when we opened the burrito, we found a really small amount of cheese. I can't imagine why a business would want to be run like this and how they expect to get customers to come back, but these burritos were not worth the price.

• 09/11/24So, about 2 pieces of chicken were in the burrito (unwrapped so you can see it). I added that guacamole (in pic) I had to pay for, and I asked my Dasher to ask them for 2 of the FREE small salsa cups that you can get UNLIMITED in the store. They wanted me to pay for it... The only reason I didn't add it as a free topping option was that it was SWIMMING in it on my last order. You can't leave a note to say "light salsa" on any order, the location won't allow it. I shoulda picked something of equal quality. Like McDonald's Dollar Menu....

• 07/03/26chipotle has been my favorite place to go to since last year, especially because they open one right near my house. I was super excited to try chipotle and eat it for the first time. but usually when I use DoorDash sometimes it tastes weird or just looks weird, meat doesn't taste fresh sometimes so the freshness I would give it about like 5/10 but all the other ingredients are okay. Portions are big and I love that! Overall I would order again just the meat needs to get fixed, add option for veggie bowls

• 11/05/26I ordered tacos and the portion sizes were VERY small, hardly any meat at all, and the meat that was on them was tough and overcooked.

• 11/07/26Only ate the chips for dinner and like an idiot I added Chipotles "Mexican" Carnitas on my burrito ... basically it looked, smelled, and tasted probably pretty similar to Tuna.
