• 04/03/26This is my fourth order in a row placing through DoorDash and every time the rice is old and hard dried out, there's maybe three pieces of meat and when I order fajita it's all onion no bell peppers and there's no cheese and I ordered cheese. This is my first time leaving a bad review the first three times. I just sucked it up but I'm tired of wasting money and it's unfair. Especially, when I go to the location in person and order it, it's always fresh never have the issue when I'm there in person only when I order through DoorDash.

• 06/03/26I have not been getting orders from Chipotle for 3-4 months due to the brown rice being undercooked on three occasions in a row. I pick up my order from the Indian School Rd/Jack Rabbit location. They were good when they first opened. Crunchy rice is disgusting & unnecessary. I can forgive crunchy rice on ONE order but not three in a row.
