I was extremely disappointed with the steak I received from Chipotle. The steak was cold, undercooked/raw in the middle, and several pieces were mostly fat and gristle. Not to mention the portion size! I had to stop eating it because I didn’t feel comfortable continuing.

This was the worst chipotle I've had. There was a hint of chicken amongst the soup bowl that was supposed to be a burrito bowl. Did you all run out of chicken? The sour cream was so liquified that it made a cold soup bowl.

I am assuming the reason why the food was really bad this time from chipotle is because it's a new location that they just open about a month ago. I am hoping that the quality of food will change and get better. However I am not going to be ordering from this chipotle in a while, I will rather do pick up from the one that is farther away.
We ordered a chicken burrito as well as the barbacoa burrito and they were both very bland, there was hardly any seasoning and the texture was off.
For now I will stick to the usual chipotle and I will try this chipotle in a few months to see if they got the recipes right.

Ordered a burrito and kids quesadilla for pick-up. As you can see the quesadilla was completely raw. I ordered queso in my order and paid extra and it wasn't included. The staff was extremely super rude as well. We won't be returning.
