The Build-Your-Own Chipotle was well worth the price when you compare it to the cost of 5 bowls.It had more than enough meat for a 6th but only enough rice and corn salsa for 4. I still recommend it.

This is the worst burrito bowl I've had from them. Messy because there was hardly any chicken, just lots of guacamole, no cheese, barely and rice! Terrible for $22.00. My last few orders with Door Dash may mean letting my Dash Pass go. It may not be their fault, but the restaurants have been horrible.

Where is the food? my burrito was light on meat. and there were only a few pieces of chicken in the bowl.
if you're going to reduce food then reduxe prices

Everything was good but the small amount of chips and guacamole we got was not worth what we paid ($6.35) for those items.

I asked for extra rice and its like they purposely put less rice. The portion size was terrible and this verified why I like to go in store to watch my order be made. For $17 I would expect more fullness and for at least the bottom to be covered.
